Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or inside sales role preferred.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to connect with customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Motivated by goals, metrics, and outcomes.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems, scheduling tools, email, and internal applications across dual screens.
