Design new and rework existing game features and systems targeted to improve key game metrics
Propose improvements and measures aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis and business goals
Create pitch presentations, wireframes and documentation to clearly communicate designs to the team
Utilize AI tools in daily work to leverage output
Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres
Collaborate with the Empire Family Team on Goodgame Empire and Empire: Four Kingdoms within a 30+ person team to integrate designs into live MMO products
Requirements
Experience in Game/Systems Design or Product Management in free-to-play games
Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in-game economies and player behavior
Aspiration to take ownership and striving to get things done with a cost/benefit mindset
