Full-stack Engineer

• Establish engineering plan of tasks to discharge project requirements and derived requirements
• Configuration control to secure a baseline and manage change of the engineering baseline
• Optimise achievement of engineering requirements and record engineering justifications
• Perform technical risk assessment
• Set up and maintain checklists compliant to customer and internal requirements during project initiation and lifecycle
• Manage work to meet contract/order and regulatory requirements including engineering reviews
• Ensure experts outside the project team are invited to design reviews when appropriate
• Escalate conflicts between operational requirements and technical governance to the Chief Engineer
• Ensure correct procedures are adhered to in analyses, design schemes and drawings
• Ensure suitably authorised and qualified personnel are employed on the project
• Implement corrective actions to checked deliverables prior to authorisation and issue
• Recommend training and contribute to appraisals of junior and graduate engineers
