About the role
- Drive product development with a full engineering team
- Collaborate on building business case, defining product vision and strategy
- Internalize customer pain points
- Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success to ensure features are well-positioned and adopted by end users
- Communicate status of project with stakeholders
- Manage the prioritized feature backlog and bug process
- Create clear and concise product specs, test, iterate and drive to launch, partnering with Engineers and Designers on product development
- Contribute to launch readiness — create user documentation and internal enablement materials
- Assist in identifying product success metrics and monitor post-launch performance using analytics and feedback
- Actively participate in roadmap planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, economics, public relations, statistics, advertising, management or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ Years of Product Management experience
- Deep understanding of software development, preferably in B2B SaaS enterprise software
- Strong analytical skills working with Excel and SQL querying
- Ability to write clear bug reports and technical specs
- Understanding of technical constraints and when to involve engineering
- Strong curiosity and drive for innovation; able to frame problems from the customer's perspective
- Ability to identify signal from noise and focus on impactful decisions
- Demonstrated ability to develop deep empathy with customers
- Understanding of productivity tools and techniques
- Ability to produce work that is on time, clear, and high quality
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with complex concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones
