About the role

  • Map and document business processes related to the B2X eCommerce platform.
  • Create clear, easy-to-understand process diagrams to support training and cross-team alignment.
  • Meet with stakeholders across product, merchandising, and operations to gather workflow information.
  • Update and maintain process documentation as workflows evolve after platform launch.
  • Support light operational tasks that improve product team readiness and internal clarity.
  • Help build an accurate view of how business processes function to support smoother coordination and more efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Candidate Preferences
  • Academic Year: Junior
  • Area of Study: Business, Marketing, International Business, Communications, or similar fields
  • Software Experience: MS Office, Teams, Miro, Visio, Basic familiarity with ecommerce platforms
