About the role

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Assist with offers, onboarding, and recruiting administration
  • Track recruiting activity and help maintain accurate candidate records
  • Learn the basics of global mobility, including international hiring and relocation processes
  • Support coordination of work authorization, immigration, and relocation activities with guidance from HR and external partners
  • Help track documentation and compliance requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidate questions related to relocation or work authorization, with support
  • Work closely with HR, recruiting, and cross-functional partners
  • Participate in training, job shadowing, and process improvement initiatives
  • Continuously build skills in recruiting, global HR practices, and compliance

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Interest in recruiting and learning global mobility or international HR practices
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with ATS systems or HR tools is a plus, but not required
