About the role
- Active contribution to the planning and execution of a global leadership event
- Support for employee surveys from execution through results preparation and reporting
- Participation in people development projects, e.g., leadership programs, learning formats, talent and culture topics
- Preparation of presentations, analyses and conceptual documents
- Support in the further development of processes, formats and tools within the people development area
- Insight into collaboration with the executive board, managers and international HR teams
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, social or humanities, psychology, education, HR or a related field
- Strong interest in people development, leadership and organizational dynamics
- Analytical thinking combined with conceptual strength
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Curiosity, self‑initiative and enthusiasm for project work
