• You will take ownership of the strategic and operational marketing for our “local” sports and club projects: concept development, planning and execution of campaigns across all relevant channels (social media, paid media, owned & earned media)
• You will create, prepare and repurpose content for our clubs — texts, video, graphics — together with the Content team

• You help our Business Sales team get our products where they should stick — at company anniversaries, team events, and in the hearts of companies of all sizes.
• You qualify our hottest inbound leads — by phone, in person, with charm and intelligence.
• You are our outward-facing voice and can identify who is ready to commit and who isn’t.

• You are responsible for the B2B content and channel strategy across two business units and ensure our messages reach the right audiences — and convert into qualified leads.
• You are the functional lead for content strategy & distribution, work closely with the CMO, and remain hands-on enough to produce copy, concepts, or briefs yourself when needed.
• Develop a clear content and channel strategy.
• Create or co-create landing page copy, email flows, campaign hooks, short video/podcast briefs, and social copy.
• Manage the operational marketing team as well as external specialized vendors through clear briefs and feedback.

• You are responsible for the B2B content and channel strategy across two business units and ensure our messages reach the right audiences — and convert into qualified leads.
• You act as the subject-matter lead for content strategy & distribution, work closely with the CMO, and remain hands-on enough to produce copy, concepts, or briefings yourself when needed.
• Develop a clear content and channel strategy for our target audiences.
• Define messaging, storylines, and formats across the journey from awareness to lead/opportunity.
• Derive a focused channel setup based on our past experiences (currently mainly email marketing/automation, LinkedIn, Meta) and run structured tests of new measures.

Senior Marketing Manager – B2B Strategy, Content Distribution

• You inspire future STICKERSTARS communities to create their own collectible sticker album
• Quickly learn our entire sales process through a structured onboarding program
• Manage primarily inbound customers – from initial contact to appointment scheduling
• Screen new inquiries – approx. 700 inquiries per month
• Schedule and conduct many meetings yourself
• Serve as the first point of contact for project workflows
• Support the team by providing input and templates
• Work closely with Marketing and Project Management
• Contribute your own ideas for continuous improvement in sales

• You will screen new inquiries — we receive around 700 inquiries per month, which we review as a team and qualify for the sales process

• You are the primary point of contact for all questions related to project execution
• You support the team, contribute ideas, and provide templates and resources for your colleagues
• You work closely with Marketing and Project Management to optimize processes
