• You are the first point of contact for new inquiries from clubs and community groups.
• You evaluate, qualify and prioritize leads, conduct conversations, and guide prospects through the entire sales process up to the signed contract.
• You understand the needs of club representatives and our partners, build trust, and deploy targeted measures to expand cooperation with STICKERSTARS.
• You primarily manage inbound customers — from initial contact to scheduling appointments with the field sales team.
• You handle scheduling and conduct many of these conversations.
• You are the primary point of contact for all questions related to project execution.
• You support the team, provide input and templates for your colleagues.
• You work closely with Marketing and Project Management to optimize processes.
