About the role
- You are the first point of contact for new inquiries from clubs and community groups.
- You evaluate, qualify and prioritize leads, conduct conversations, and guide prospects through the entire sales process up to the signed contract.
- You understand the needs of club representatives and our partners, build trust, and deploy targeted measures to expand cooperation with STICKERSTARS.
- You primarily manage inbound customers — from initial contact to scheduling appointments with the field sales team.
- You handle scheduling and conduct many of these conversations.
- You are the primary point of contact for all questions related to project execution.
- You support the team, provide input and templates for your colleagues.
- You work closely with Marketing and Project Management to optimize processes.
Requirements
- Some practical experience in sales, customer service, or account management — education, degree, or career-changer: all backgrounds welcome
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with colleagues and customers
- Committed, outgoing personality with an ability to quickly win people over
- Quick learner with a structured and meticulous approach
- Strong customer and service orientation with a hands-on mentality
- Ideally some initial experience in the grocery/food retail sector (LEH)
- Empathetic, excellent communication skills and strong negotiation ability
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Residence in or near Berlin.
