About the role

  • Own Professional Services engagements from deal shaping through delivery governance
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Project Managers, Delivery teams, and Partners
  • Shape early client engagements and implementation approaches
  • Ensure successful delivery in line with agreed scope, pricing, timelines, and commercial terms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives
  • Develop and present ROI-driven business cases clearly articulating the value of Stibo Systems solutions

Requirements

  • Bring 5+ years of experience from a similar role
  • Bring solid experience delivering customer-facing projects in Professional Services, SaaS, or consulting environments
  • Understand project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
  • Have proven experience with commercial models, scope management, and Statements of Work
  • Possess strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Are curious about AI-driven use cases and how they can create business value for customers
  • Excel at influencing without formal authority in a matrix organization
