• You support the development of production-ready AI use cases — from idea and prototype to deployment.
• You develop, test, and document prompts, workflows, and automations using modern AI tools.
• You contribute to building our internal knowledge wiki based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and help integrate relevant data sources.
• You create documentation and playbooks, and support the standardization of our AI solutions.
• You help make the success of our use cases measurable using relevant KPIs.
• You support the development and delivery of trainings, workshops, and courses on AI.
• You produce practical learning materials, prompt collections, and use-case libraries.
• You support our power users through train-the-trainer approaches and by sharing best practices.
• You take part in AI office hours, hackathons, and onboarding activities.
• You analyze the usage of our AI tools and work with the team to define measures to increase adoption.
