About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support the development of production-ready AI use cases — from idea and prototype to deployment.
You develop, test, and document prompts, workflows, and automations using modern AI tools.
You contribute to building our internal knowledge wiki based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and help integrate relevant data sources.
You create documentation and playbooks, and support the standardization of our AI solutions.
You help make the success of our use cases measurable using relevant KPIs.
You support the development and delivery of trainings, workshops, and courses on AI.
You produce practical learning materials, prompt collections, and use-case libraries.
You support our power users through train-the-trainer approaches and by sharing best practices.
You take part in AI office hours, hackathons, and onboarding activities.
You analyze the usage of our AI tools and work with the team to define measures to increase adoption.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are enrolled in a degree program in (business) computer science, data science, industrial engineering, business administration with a technical focus, or a comparable field.
You have hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar large language models and understand prompting as an engineering discipline.
You have initial practical experience with Python, APIs, or automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
You work in a structured way, document thoroughly, and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
You can explain technical topics clearly and communicate confidently in German and English.
You have at least 12 months remaining in your studies.
