About the role
- You will take full ownership of preparatory accounting: collect, review, digitize, categorize receipts and hand them over cleanly to the tax advisor (e.g., via DATEV).
- You will ensure personnel, vacation and absence data are maintained accurately—today and for every new hire.
- Build a tidy digital back-office structure: cloud folders, contracts, documents, mailboxes, Excel overviews.
- Support recruiting operationally and/or assist with exciting content shoots.
- Free up the executive team so they can focus on growth and the product.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in a commercial/administrative role (e.g., office management, back office, team assistance, clerical work).
- Hands-on experience with preparatory accounting; DATEV knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational talent: structured filing, clean lists, reliable processes.
- Very careful and discreet handling of financial and personnel data.
- Willingness to learn payroll and social security topics and to take on responsibility.
- Basic understanding of and/or interest in HR & recruiting (postings, pre-screening, coordination) OR supporting cool content shoots.
- Clear, reliable communication in German.
