About the role

  • Ensures accountable decisions are taken at the right level in the organization
  • Represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases and manages all phases of the litigation process
  • Reviews and evaluates title searches and insurance risk factors
  • Responsible for evaluating risk and exposures to determine acceptability of business
  • Determines premiums, terms and conditions based established rules, rates, and guidelines
  • Analyzes data such as financial conditions of the organization
  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices
  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
