About the role

  • You lead a service team of approximately 10–15 employees, providing both functional and disciplinary leadership
  • You ensure excellent service quality in day-to-day operations
  • You develop and own a forward-looking automation and AI strategy
  • Using data-driven KPIs and AI-supported analyses, you continuously optimize processes, performance, and service quality
  • In close collaboration with Product, Tech, Data, Sales, and Customer Success, you translate business requirements into scalable technological solutions

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in a business, organizational, or technological field
  • Several years of leadership experience in service, support, or operations teams, ideally in a B2B context
  • Experience in process optimization, automation, or digital service solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and data-driven decision making
  • High solution orientation and affinity for new technologies, AI, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, and confidence in stakeholder management
  • Experience in post-sales, support, or service environments is a plus
