About the role

  • Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production.
  • Apply technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
  • Scope work, sequence delivery, and proactively remove blockers.
  • Partner with product management to turn understanding of customer needs into actionable product insights.
  • Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to support engineering function.
  • Actively coach and mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience that includes customer-facing work.
  • Strong technical background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
  • Write and review production-grade Python and SQL, and have strong command of REST API design and integrations.
  • Excellent at breaking down complex problems and making quick, well-informed decisions even under pressure.
  • Build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Open to a hybrid work model and can work from NYC office at least three days per week.
