About the role Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation Evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing insights into effectiveness and ROI Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both product and marketing teams Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize product features and marketing strategies Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights Perform customer segmentation analysis to better understand user behavior and target marketing efforts Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience and increase customer engagement Utilize statistical methods and tools to identify and predict trends in product usage and market response Communicate findings and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in product and marketing analytics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field Master’s degree preferred Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on both product and marketing analytics Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, or similar Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights Experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling is a plus. Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies is a plus.
