Financial Planning and Analysis

• Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning in collaboration with the FP&A Lead
• Prepare bottoms-up budgets and rolling forecasts across the full P&L
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Act as a finance partner to Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams, supporting data-driven decision-making across growth, pricing, and product initiatives
• Prepare management reports focused on business performance and decision-making
• Analyze actuals vs budget and forecast, identify key drivers, variances, and risks

Growth Marketing

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Manage and grow large monthly budgets with ROAS / LTV focus
• Launch, test, and scale campaign structures and strategies

• Operate on top of and help evolve our UA automation algorithm
• Design and execute testing frameworks

User Acquisition Manager – New Project

• Own Google Ads channel end-to-end
• Launch and scale campaigns across: Search GDN Demand Gen Performance Max UAC
• Work hands-on inside accounts and campaign structure
• Increase spend and scale volumes with ROI focus
• Design testing and scaling frameworks
• Build campaign architecture and channel structure
• Develop automation and rule-based optimization approaches
• Work with analytics and product teams on funnel performance
• Identify growth levers across keywords, creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Maintain process and testing documentation KPI, 3 and 6 months.
• In Your First 3 Months, You Will Take hands-on ownership of Google Ads campaigns

Product Designer

• You’ll own and elevate the first-time user experience
• Your primary mission will be to make users’ very first interaction with SmartyMe delightful, intuitive, and memorable
• You’ll take full ownership of activation - designing onboarding flows, aha moments, and early success loops that help users feel instantly connected and motivated to learn
• You’ll support monetization through meaningful UX
• You’ll help create monetization flows that align with user intent and real value - avoiding dark patterns and instead focusing on making our premium offerings both desirable and accessible
• You’ll shape the core of an impactful product
• Beyond activation, you’ll contribute to evolving SmartyMe’s core learning experience - from content delivery to habit-forming mechanics that support long-term growth and user success
• You’ll experiment boldly in our AI Lab
• As part of our internal AI Lab, you’ll join fast-moving teams that prototype, test, and validate cutting-edge features powered by AI - including personalized tutors, adaptive content, and generative learning journeys
• You’ll drive real product impact - not just design screens
• You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, and product leadership to run discovery, identify and frame the right problems, design and iterate on solutions, write clear specs, and guide those solutions through development and launch - collaborating at every stage to make sure what we ship truly works for users.

Graphics Designer

• Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens, upsell elements, and promotional banners
• Create and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics within the existing visual style
• Design banners and visual assets for email marketing campaigns
• Prepare screenshots and visual assets for the App Store and Google Play, including updates and localisations
• Adapt existing creatives to different formats, sizes, and A/B test variations
• Maintain visual consistency and high quality across all monetisation-related materials
• Work closely with the senior designer and the PMM team
• Maintain well-organised source files and follow internal naming and handoff guidelines
• Create Lottie animations for monetisation funnels
