About the role
- Own and scale Meta Ads as a core acquisition channel
- Manage and grow large monthly budgets ($1M+) with a focus on ROAS and LTV
- Design and execute experimentation strategies across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Work on top of — and help evolve — our UA automation algorithm
- Identify growth levers and translate insights into scalable systems
- Collaborate closely with monetisation, analytics, and creative teams
- Maintain internal documentation: processes, logic, and technical briefs
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition with Meta Ads
- Proven track record in subscription-based B2C products
- Experience managing large paid social budgets ($1M+ / month)
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
- Solid understanding of web promotion for B2C digital products
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with attribution, analytics, and engagement tools
- Comfortable working in high-autonomy, performance-driven environments
- English proficiency B1+ or higher
