About the role
- Bridge the gap between massive, longitudinal payer data sets and granular Stellar application data.
- Design and maintain sophisticated data products.
- Ensure our reporting accounts for n-size volatility and population shifts.
- Convert complex analytical findings into compelling "business stories."
- Collaborate with Product Data Scientists and Analytics Engineers to harden our data infrastructure.
- Actively raise the technical bar for the analytics team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- 6–9 years of experience in data analytics, with a significant portion dedicated to Healthcare Economics, Value-Based Care, or Claims Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity operating within the modern BI and ETL landscape generally.
- Proven ability to apply statistical logic to business problems.
- The ability to move beyond "what happened" to "why it matters."
