About the role

  • Tracking arrivals of purchased new vehicles
  • Recording new vehicle orders for customers
  • Invoicing and payment follow-up
  • Coordinating delivery follow-ups with customers and the distribution network or external providers

Requirements

  • Dynamic and organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with IT environments: Windows, Microsoft Office, various digital platforms (DMS, ANTS, CRM…)
  • Proactive and able to propose solutions to meet team and individual objectives
  • Comfortable maintaining relationships remotely
