Business Operations

• Own the design of system architecture and data flow for the Deltek Costpoint ERP
• Lead integration efforts between various business systems
• Maintain system currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations
• Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and schedule
• Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work
• Ensure efficient electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools
• Liaise with end users, business units, consulting teams, corporate partners, and system OEMs
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements for software OEMs
• Communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests
• Manage business system implementation projects within budgets and schedules
• Lead user acceptance testing, collect feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Develop reports for data analysis and operational visibility
• Manage multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries
• Coordinate with IT and developers to meet security and technical standards
• Deliver user training and create documentation, SOPs, and basic security awareness guidelines
• Work with leadership to identify hardware needs and assist in selecting equipment
