About the role

  • Data Analysis: Collect, process and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
  • SQL and ETL: Perform queries in SQL Server and assist with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes using tools such as SSIS or similar.
  • Data Modeling: Participate in relational and dimensional data modeling, helping to structure information efficiently and according to business needs.
  • Report Development: Create and update reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy, ensuring information is presented clearly and accessibly.
  • Data Quality: Monitor and ensure data quality, identifying inconsistencies and proposing improvements.
  • Project Collaboration: Work in a team, collaborating with other BI professionals and related areas, and participate in meetings to understand project needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Practical experience in BI or data roles.
  • Data Modeling: Knowledge of both relational and dimensional data modeling.
  • BI Tools: Basic experience with Power BI and/or MicroStrategy.
  • SQL and ETL: Familiarity with SQL Server and an understanding of ETL processes (such as SSIS or similar tools).
  • Data Quality: Basic knowledge of data quality concepts and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
