About the role
- Support the BP in executing operational activities and monitoring key indicators.
- Operationalize processes for Recruitment, Succession (specialists and managers), Training & Development (T&D), and Performance Management.
- Monitor headcount, personnel costs, and internship routines.
- Support Organizational Climate, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and recognition programs.
- Provide consultative support to employees on demand from the area.
Requirements
- Experience in HR subsystems
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (intermediate/advanced)
- Analytical and organized profile with the ability to move between different processes
- Differentials: Experience in the Oil & Gas sector
- Proficiency in SAP (HR module) and SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards and reports
- Experience with Personnel Administration routines
