About the role

  • Support the BP in executing operational activities and monitoring key indicators.
  • Operationalize processes for Recruitment, Succession (specialists and managers), Training & Development (T&D), and Performance Management.
  • Monitor headcount, personnel costs, and internship routines.
  • Support Organizational Climate, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Provide consultative support to employees on demand from the area.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR subsystems
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (intermediate/advanced)
  • Analytical and organized profile with the ability to move between different processes
  • Differentials: Experience in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Proficiency in SAP (HR module) and SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards and reports
  • Experience with Personnel Administration routines
