About the role
- Own the day-to-day execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, CRM, and content.
- Build and refine landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture flows within HubSpot to maximize conversion.
- Launch multiple new experiments per sprint, testing offers, messaging, channels, and formats.
- Help manage the production of practical, "shop-owner-first" tools, including short videos, case studies, benchmark reports, and educational guides.
- Work closely with BDRs to assess lead quality, align campaigns to real-world objections, and tighten feedback loops.
- Maintain visible dashboards (HubSpot) to track leads generated, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline lift.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Demand Gen, Growth, or Performance Marketing.
- Expert-level HubSpot skills: Deep experience managing funnels and automated workflows.
- B2B SaaS Experience: Proven history of hitting pipeline targets (SMB or Vertical SaaS experience is a major plus).
- Channel Expertise: Solid experience in Meta, Google Ads, and CRM marketing.
