About the role
- Perform installations, service, and support visits at customer and dealer locations
- Plan and deliver installation and technical training for dealerships
- Handle customer support cases via email and phone in collaboration with the support team
- Support warranty claim administration and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) documentation
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- A proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
- Experience working with heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, professional work style
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar technical support or field service role is a plus
