About the role
- Generate net new deals through outbound campaigns.
- Define strategy, write copy, and build workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and GTM ops team to identify target accounts.
- Design and iterate on outbound campaigns spanning email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
- Track performance and refine approaches using data, automation, and AI.
Requirements
- You are a B2B SaaS expert.
- Experience in SDR/BDR/AE, growth, marketing, sales operations, or related roles.
- Knowledge of tools, systems, and strategies for driving B2B SaaS pipeline growth.
- Use AI tools for copywriting, research, and workflow automation.
- Comfortable working with data enrichment tools and configuring outbound automation platforms (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Hubspot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills for outreach performance
