About the role

  • Generate net new deals through outbound campaigns.
  • Define strategy, write copy, and build workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales and GTM ops team to identify target accounts.
  • Design and iterate on outbound campaigns spanning email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Track performance and refine approaches using data, automation, and AI.

Requirements

  • You are a B2B SaaS expert.
  • Experience in SDR/BDR/AE, growth, marketing, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of tools, systems, and strategies for driving B2B SaaS pipeline growth.
  • Use AI tools for copywriting, research, and workflow automation.
  • Comfortable working with data enrichment tools and configuring outbound automation platforms (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills for outreach performance
