About the role

  • Partner with senior leaders in Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and GTM
  • Design and build tools, integrations, and automation
  • Map and continuously improve data flows and processes
  • Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows
  • Build solution-grade analytics
  • Develop and maintain full-context documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years in integration engineering, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar roles in fast-paced environments
  • Technical and hands-on, understanding APIs/data models, working in modern business systems
  • Analytical, fluent in unit economics, margin mechanics, resource constraints
  • Ability to ship spreadsheets, scripts, automations, and lightweight apps
  • Thinks in systems, designs workflows and data models that are observable
  • High throughput and a bias to action, able to communicate clearly with senior leaders.
