Systems Engineer

• Support and mature client environments, including semi-remote regional sites
• Work primarily from home while travelling regularly to client sites across regional Victoria
• Own complex issues end to end
• Document work as it progresses and improve the standard of client environments
• Administer Microsoft 365 and identity services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra
• Provision, manage compliance, and handle patching and lifecycle management for Microsoft Intune endpoints
• Troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking, WiFi authentication, staff/contractor segmentation, SD-WAN, SASE-aligned connectivity, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and wireless systems
• Manage security tooling including Microsoft Defender EDR, firewalls, web filtering, VPN, ACSC Essential Eight alignment, and monitoring/alerting
• Support Microsoft Teams telephony on the company voice platform
• Manage infrastructure and Microsoft 365 backup and recovery, including tested recovery
• Use Autotask, N-able N-central, IT Glue, CIPP, Microsoft Intune and Entra, and Cisco Meraki dashboard
