About the role

  • Gamification ownership: Own the design, setup, and optimization of all gamification mechanics across brands: tournaments, missions, challenges, loyalty programs, and prize drops
  • Analyze performance of mechanics (participation rate, conversion to deposit, bonus ROI) and continuously improve results
  • Develop and maintain a structured gamification calendar aligned with acquisition and retention goals
  • Build and manage a proactive LiveOps calendar (not reactive execution)
  • Own full campaign setup in tools like Plug2Win and Gamify (Optimove)
  • Ensure all mechanics are properly configured, tested before launch, and evaluated post-launch
  • Lead the implementation of Optimove Gamify products (onboarding, setup, internal training)
  • Become the internal expert in gamification tools and own documentation and best practices
  • Identify gaps between tool capabilities and business needs, and escalate with clear solutions
  • Work closely with CRM / Retention teams to align campaigns
  • Partner with Analytics to build and improve measurement frameworks
  • Collaborate with Product teams on features requiring platform-level changes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino), LiveOps, or gamification roles
  • Hands-on experience launching and managing casino promotions and bonus mechanics
  • Strong understanding of wagering, bonus structures, tournament logic, and player behavior
  • Ability to independently analyze campaign performance and make optimization decisions
  • Experience working with at least one gamification tool ( Plug2Win, Optimove, or similar )
  • English level Intermediate+
