About the role
- Conceptualize, plan, and lead thoughtful creator relationship touchpoints
- Proactively identify and execute creator gifting opportunities
- Own end-to-end execution of creator gifting initiatives
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and budgets
- Brainstorm, develop, and lead creator merch initiatives
- Work with the marketing team to create and manage swag and merchandise materials
- Identify opportunities for brand partners to contribute products to creator gifting initiatives
- Support gifts and branded merchandise for Statusphere’s brand contacts
- Partner with Creator Social and Community teams
- Build and maintain a scalable creator gifting playbook
- Track and analyze creator engagement, retention, and gifting campaign KPIs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of influencer, brand advocacy programs, or social media marketing experience
- Familiar with design tools such as Canva (or other platforms)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
