• Brainstorm fresh content ideas to encourage our ideal creator profile to apply to Statusphere
• Create on-brand content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Assist with scheduling and publishing social content using tools like Notion and Google Sheets
• Stay up-to-date on creator trends, editing styles, platform updates, and viral content formats
• Track post performance & assist with compiling monthly social reports
• Actively monitor and respond to DMs and comments across platforms to foster engagement and build relationships with creators
• Flag and track recurring questions, feedback, or issues from creators to help improve internal processes & provide the best creator experience
• Oversee and monitor monthly Statusphere influencer campaigns including campaign set-up and optimization for future campaigns
• Report on creator KPI's such as weekly applications, approval rates, referrals, and campaign performance to identify trends and optimize strategies
• Assist with community-building efforts like referral contests, giveaways, and creator recognition campaigns
• Engage with ideal creator profiles on all platforms to drive awareness of the platform
