Work with internal and external attorneys, policy experts, and researchers to analyze election and voting laws and the interaction between federal and state laws.
Provide legal guidance to the organization and clients.
Support litigation to protect elections, voting, and democracy.
Conduct legal, policy, and factual research in support of litigation, policy advocacy, and related initiatives.
Draft memoranda, court documents, and research materials.
Collaborate with partner organizations and state and local officials on litigation and policy matters.
Analyze, research, and draft materials for public education including policy reports, white papers, and press materials.
Assist in developing litigation and supporting ongoing litigation, working closely with other States United attorneys and co-counsel.

Requirements
Current enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Excellent initiative and project management skills including prioritization and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conducting online legal research.
Knowledge and/or demonstrated interest in voting rights, elections law, and/or rule of law.
