Assistant Manager – ServiceNow Process Mapping, Automation

• Manage the full lifecycle, accuracy, and integrity of IT asset and configuration data within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Provide hands-on technical expertise to support CMDB, Foundation Data, and CSDM initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, platform owners, and service teams to deliver configuration data across the organization.
• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets within the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on CMDB health metrics (e.g., completeness, correctness, compliance) and lead remediation efforts where gaps are identified.
• Support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations to ensure accurate and automated population of CI and asset data.
