Key responsibilities & impact

Processes high volume of international loans and Recall returns daily
Interacts with traders and clients regarding discrepancies
Ensures team meets agreed SLA, KPI, and KRI
Reviews contract compare records to validate positions
Identifies and analyzes operations risks and recommends procedural changes and improvements
Demonstrates effective risk management skills
Works collaboratively across SSGM Globally on key initiatives
Encourages staff to think differently and drives process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

12 years of experience in capital markets and stock lending domain
Knowledge of securities lending, mark to market, SBL, Corporate actions, Settlements of FI or Equity and Collateral management
MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suit, MCH, Euroclear/CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND
Ability to communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds
