About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processes high volume of international loans and Recall returns daily
- Interacts with traders and clients regarding discrepancies
- Ensures team meets agreed SLA, KPI, and KRI
- Reviews contract compare records to validate positions
- Identifies and analyzes operations risks and recommends procedural changes and improvements
- Demonstrates effective risk management skills
- Works collaboratively across SSGM Globally on key initiatives
- Encourages staff to think differently and drives process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 years of experience in capital markets and stock lending domain
- Knowledge of securities lending, mark to market, SBL, Corporate actions, Settlements of FI or Equity and Collateral management
- MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suit, MCH, Euroclear/CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds
