About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of APAC Benefits Operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Own the responsibility for assigned HR operational processes—managing tracking, prioritization, and closure within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all statutory compliance activities are completed accurately and in line with regulatory due dates; proactively plan to mitigate compliance risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate data required for submissions, ensuring completeness while minimizing rework.
- Manage Tier‑3 queries for India and APAC with a focus on accuracy, customer experience, and SLA compliance.
- Uphold operational discipline across BAU activities by consistently meeting SLAs and KPIs for APAC markets.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity, confidentiality, and policy compliance in all HR processes.
- Provide clear, professional responses to queries received through group mailboxes and ensure appropriate routing and closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business administration, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in APAC benefits operations, India statutory compliance and HR service delivery.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficient in using Copilot and AI tools to enhance drafting, standardization, and process efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated problem‑solving ability.
