About the role
- Independently manage and optimise the Country Head’s calendar, coordinating complex meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements involving complex, multi‑party logistics
- Assess, prioritise and triage matters requiring the Country Head’s attention
- Handle highly confidential information relating to company strategy, client matters and employee issues
- Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports accurately and on time
- Exercise strong judgment in managing deliverables, resolving issues and prioritising competing initiatives
- Work in close partnership with EAs across business areas and geographies
- Screen and respond to calls, emails and requests, ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation
- Plan and coordinate events, including catering and booking internal and external venues
- Lead and coordinate the India‑based EA team, driving consistent standards
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience supporting senior executives
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), with advanced expertise in Outlook
- Exceptional written communication skills, including writing, editing and proofreading
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when researching, analysing and resolving issues
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership without close supervision
