About the role
- Oversee CAAR and unit dealing services for clients in a fast paced environment
- Critically assess current and future state operations, make recommendations for improvements in future state model and drive change
- Analyze and document business requirements in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and systems vendor
- Maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis
- Manage, train and develop staff
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years’ experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience within the fund trading industry is preferred
