About the role

  • Processes high volume of international loans
  • Monitors and resolves pending and failing aged Returns
  • Interacts with traders, client management, fund group(s) and counterparts regarding discrepancies
  • Ensure that team meets the agreed SLA, KPI and KRI
  • Reviews contract compare records, DDA’s to validate positions with each counterparty
  • Ensure timely resolution of counterparty issues
  • Identifies and analyzes operations risks and recommends procedural changes/improvements as needed
  • Works collaboratively across SSGM Globally on key initiatives

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in knowledge services environment serving Capital Market in Stock lending domain
  • In depth knowledge of domains like securities lending, mark to market, SBL, Corporate actions, Settlements of FI or Equity and Collateral management
  • MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
  • Strong management and employee relations skills
  • Technical Skills – Intermediate, demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office suit MCH Euroclear/CREST Qlikview DTCC IHS MARKIT PIRUM EQUILEND
