About the role

  • Processes high volume of international loans, Recall returns, Equilend & Non-Equilend Broker Returns daily
  • Interacts with traders, client management, fund group(s) and counterparts regarding discrepancies
  • Ensures that team meets the agreed SLA, KPI and KRI
  • Reviews contract compare records, DDA’s to validate positions with each counterparty
  • Assists business area with inquiries pertaining to transactional activity
  • Ensures timely resolution of counterparty issues
  • Identifies and analyzes operations risks and recommends procedural changes/improvements
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills
  • Understand end to end of the process and contributes to process improvement ideas
  • Demonstrates effective risk management skills
  • Works collaboratively across SSGM Globally on key initiatives

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in knowledge services environment serving Capital Market in Stock lending domain
  • In depth knowledge of domains like- securities lending, mark to market, SBL, Corporate actions, Settlements of FI or Equity and Collateral management
  • Strong management and employee relations skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, MCH, Euroclear/CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND
  • MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
  • Ability to facilitate continuous development of individual & organizational competencies
