About the role
- Drive the day-to-day execution of the Client Pathways transformation program roadmap
- Partner with the SVP to run program governance
- Track progress and interdependencies across workstreams
- Co-lead overall program including workstream management
- Act as a liaison between IM and State Street affiliate teams
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the future-state operating model
- Ensure strong risk and control frameworks are embedded into transformed processes
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in financial services
- At least 8 years in program or transformation leadership roles within financial services
- Deep understanding of investment management operations
- Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs
- Bachelor's degree required
