About the role

  • Lead a dynamic team of Business Process Analysts dedicated to transforming and optimizing business processes across the State.
  • Oversee the execution of root cause analyses, ensuring that current-state processes are meticulously documented and future-state workflows are strategically mapped.
  • Identify critical business rules and develop user stories and prioritization models that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the team in translating complex operational challenges into clear analytical insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive improvements and define capability needs and solution requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology or a related field OR Certification as a Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) AND four (4) years or more of experience in the field of information technology where the primary role was business analyst AND at one (1) or more years in a supervisory role.
  • OR Five (5) years or more of experience in the field of information technology where the primary role was business analyst AND (2) years or more of experience in a supervisory role.
