About the role
- Represent the Agency in litigation before the Superior Court, Environmental Division
- Handle administrative enforcement actions, appeals of Agency decisions, and Act 250 decisions
- Participate in proceedings before the Public Utility Commission reviewing energy-related projects
Requirements
- Admission to practice plus 8 or more years of relevant lawyer experience
- Candidates must be a member in good standing of the Vermont bar or eligible for admission
- Excellent research, writing, trial and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
