Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, business management, public administration, mathematics, finance or a related field AND (1) or more years’ experience in tax examination/preparation, accounting, auditing, business administration or related field.
Five (5) or more years’ experience in tax examination/preparation, accounting, auditing, business administration or related field.
Two (2) years or more of experience as Tax Field Auditor II or Tax Auditor II; or Three (3) years or more of experience as a Tax Examiner IV or Tax Analyst III or higher with the State Of Vermont Department Of Taxes.
Certified Public Accountant preferred.
Experience in a government audit role preferred.
