About the role
- Communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees
- Planning and directing employees’ work
- Participating in employee training, supervision and discipline
- Supervising the staff in fiscal, purchasing, and property procedures and policies
- Coordinating work schedules and assignments
- Identifying maintenance needs through daily inspections
- Maintaining maintenance schedules and supervising the staff to ensure maintenance on a daily, weekly and yearly basis is regularly performed
- Meeting the public, interpreting the resources, facilities, and services, resolving problems, and providing for good public relations
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Live in residency located on park property
- Work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Position of Special Trust Requirement: Successful completion of background screening will be required for this position.
