About the role
- Administer the delivery of Child Protective Investigations and supervise staff in an assigned service center.
- Conduct periodic meetings with all supervisors.
- Work with Child & Family Well-Being staff to strengthen effectiveness of service delivery.
- Evaluate monitoring reports and implement corrective action plans.
- Responsible for oversight of assigned operational units' compliance with federal funding requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of management experience.
- Five years of Child Protection related experience.
- Current Child Welfare Certification with the Florida Certification Board.
- Experience in resolving customer inquiries/requests/complaints.
- Valid Driver License.
- Knowledge of social, economic, health or rehabilitative services objectives.
- Ability to plan and develop programs or program components.
- Proficient in the application of the child welfare safety practice model.
