About the role
- This is an OPS position working in the Department of Revenue's Information Services Program
- Monitors the nightly and weekend critical batch process for Child Support through ISP's automatic job scheduler software (OpCon)
- Identifies and triages batch job failures
- Processes user requests
- Provides quality assurance of printed forms
- Scanning and tracking of forms
Requirements
- One year of data processing or similar work (data handling, management, analysis) OR batch job operations experience
- Two years of customer service experience
