About the role
- Provide professional administrative support to human resources, medical records, and other administrative offices within the state veteran nursing home.
- Communicate with others to obtain and verify information.
- Follow written and verbal directions and instructions.
- Maintain a positive approach and strong work ethic.
- Problem solving and effective decision making.
- Work independently, exercise judgment with self-discipline, and take appropriate initiative.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
- Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test.
