Perform a wide variety of custodial tasks associated with day-to-day housekeeping
Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, and carpets
Dispose of wastepaper and other refuse to outside dumpsters
Wash walls, windows, window screens, blinds and waste receptacles, dust all surfaces
Clean and polish furniture and stainless steel
Dust and clean light fixtures
Clean and sanitize restrooms to include toilets, stall partitions, walls, floors, showers and all related fixtures
Refill towel and soap dispensers
Keep buildings stocked with needed supplies
Spot clean carpets as needed
Assist with special project cleaning as assigned
Move furniture and equipment as required
Set up auditorium for various groups using the facility
Report building damage and repair needs to supervisor
Keeping buildings free from indoor pests
Maintain cleaning equipment
Maintain inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
Perform other related duties as required by management

Requirements

A high school diploma or its equivalent
Six (6) months of experience in custodial or maintenance work
Possession of a valid driver license
