About the role
- Responsible for the delivery of food trays and snacks to resident homes for each meal in accordance to predetermined time and route schedule.
- Lift, carry, and place heavy food trays and dishes in the transport from food service to the resident homes.
- Retrieve soiled dishes and trays from all homes, as well as any of food service dishware.
- Assist in the preparation of trays and load onto the food truck for delivery and assist in other tasks deemed necessary to keep Sunland’s delivery system operating on a daily and ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures for operating a variety of motor vehicles.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to perform light maintenance and service work.
- Skills in operating a motor vehicle.
